Tribal Careers is not only a job posting site, but we also work with job-seekers and hiring managers across the U.S. and we’re always looking for in-demand job candidates to help fill our clients’ open temporary, full-time, contract, and itinerant positions. Below are a few ways we can help you find your ideal position or employee.

Helping you find work

  • Search open jobs — We post new jobs on our website regularly. Check our website frequently and apply for jobs you’re a good match for.
  • Post a Resume’ — A recruiter will be in touch if we think you’re a good fit for any of our clients’ open positions. You’ll then be interviewed and asked to discuss your professional background and your career goals and, depending on the type of work you’re interviewing for.
  • Landing a job — If we think you’re a match for one of our clients, we’ll have you meet them to determine if it’s a good fit for both parties. Should the client decide to extend an offer, we’ll work with you and the employer to facilitate any negotiations.
  • There is never a charge to the applicant

Finding the right candidate

  • Employers can contact Tribal Careers and discuss their needs and options.
  • TC Staff will seek out candidates and post positions in various locations to optimize the jobs search to find the ideal candidates.
  • Employers only pay if the the hired candidate is a client of Tribal Careers.
  • Employers pay a simple 10% of the candidates first years’ income.
